For the past two decades, Teddy Mountain's mission has been to 'Specialize in Smiles'. With this comes the greatest responsibility: child safety.

Teddy Mountain has implemented and refined several layers of Quality Control & Assurance.

Effective quality assurance is proactive. It aims to prevent defects before they occur through process design. QA involves the design of processes, such as documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) according to ISO standards. A safe, effective product should be the result every time processes are followed. Teddy Mountains' QA processes include Documentation, Audits, Supplier Management, Personnel training, Change Control and Investigation Procedures.

Quality Control

Involves the testing of products to ensure they meet standards for safety and efficacy. Teddy Mountain uses both internal and 3rd party inspection services for dual controls. Teddy Mountains' QC procedures include Batch Inspection, Product Sampling, Validation Testing, Laboratory Testing and the following Testing Certifications:
