If you are interested in small quantities or a one-time event, reach out to our team and we can direct you to a retailer that can help you with your plush needs.

Contact our Custom Design team with details about your project, and we’ll guide you through the development process.

For standard orders, the initial order for new customers is $250. After your first order the minimum amount is $50 per order. For custom items, the minimum order requirements vary depending on the product and program. Our Sales team can help determine the best option for your business.

Yes. We ship throughout the United States and Canada. We support customers in many international markets and recommend using a freight forwarder. Reach out to us if you have questions about international shipping. Customers shipping to Europe and UAE will contact Teddy Mountain UK.

Our Sales & Stuffinator team can explain our available model, bundles and pricing, and the best setup for your business.

Accounts without a minimum order of $50 in the past 15 months get automatically deactivated by our system. If your account was deactivated please reach out to [email protected] and we can help you reactivate your account. Please reach out when you are ready to place an order. If you do not place a new order by the end of the month your account will just be deactivated again. Accounts with multiple deactivations are subject to permanent closing.
